Confidence starts to return when the process finally feels stable.

This story is about a quieter kind of shift. Not a dramatic before-and-after moment, but the kind of internal reset that happens when someone stops feeling scattered, starts trusting their own rhythm again, and begins moving with more control.

The hardest part was not effort. It was trust.
