Brand Designer for a premium visual system.
AlisonPrime is looking for a brand designer who can shape a world-class visual language across web, product surfaces, campaigns, and premium digital storytelling. This role is for someone who understands taste, systems, hierarchy, and how design changes perceived company quality.
This role shapes how serious the company feels before a word is read.
The right designer here should be able to create a visual system that feels powerful, disciplined, premium, and unmistakably AlisonPrime across every touchpoint.
The work is about shaping a complete visual system, not isolated assets.
This role is not about making random graphics. It is about building the visual language that makes AlisonPrime feel expensive, disciplined, clear, and unmistakably serious across every digital surface.
Brand Language
Develop visual systems for typography, hierarchy, layout rhythm, spacing, texture, and composition that create a recognizable AlisonPrime signature.
Campaign Visuals
Create premium ad concepts, promotional assets, and launch materials that feel powerful, refined, and conversion-aware without becoming generic.
Page Experiences
Design landing pages, role pages, funnel surfaces, and high-impact marketing sections that combine strong art direction with web clarity.
System Consistency
Help maintain visual continuity across the homepage, sales pages, assessment flows, onboarding, and future app-facing product surfaces.
The right designer turns a brand into an environment people can feel immediately.
AlisonPrime should not look like a collection of disconnected sections. The visual system should feel coherent across campaigns, product surfaces, conversion pages, and future member experiences.
Shape compositions, visual rhythm, and art direction so pages feel premium, deliberate, and architected rather than generic.
Translate high-level brand taste into components, layouts, assets, and web-ready systems that still feel elegant under real constraints.
Protect consistency as the company expands, making sure future pages and campaigns still feel like one serious organization.
We want a designer with taste, control, and systems intelligence.
This role is not for someone who only makes attractive visuals in isolation. We want someone who can shape a premium brand language across layouts, campaigns, interfaces, and future visual systems without losing discipline.
The baseline is strong visual judgment with real system thinking.
The right fit should understand composition, hierarchy, digital behavior, and brand continuity. You should be able to create beautiful work, but also protect coherence as the company scales.
You know how to create visual work that feels expensive, disciplined, editorial, and intentional instead of generic or trendy.
You can translate visual direction into reusable structures for pages, campaigns, components, and brand consistency.
You know when to push for visual impact and when to simplify so the work stays sharp, readable, and professional.
You understand hierarchy, pacing, negative space, cropping, rhythm, and how layouts create emotional tone.
You can maintain one coherent visual language across role pages, homepage sections, ads, funnels, and future product surfaces.
You design for real screens, responsive behavior, legibility, performance, and the realities of implementation.
You improve quality through strong decisions and refined output, not overcomplication or decorative excess.
You will be designing inside a brand system that touches everything.
AlisonPrime is not just a logo or a homepage. The visual system needs to extend across campaigns, conversion pages, assessments, onboarding, premium interfaces, and future member-facing product surfaces.
Brand Identity
Typography, hierarchy, composition rules, spacing logic, visual tone, and the aesthetic structure that defines AlisonPrime everywhere it appears.
Page Experiences
Homepage sections, role pages, sales pages, assessments, and landing flows that need to feel beautiful, coherent, and conversion-aware.
Campaign Systems
Ads, launch assets, email graphics, promo visuals, and growth materials that still feel premium and tightly aligned with the brand.
Future Product Surfaces
Visual thinking that can later extend into dashboards, member flows, protected content areas, and app-facing premium experiences.
The brand should hold together across marketing, product, and future scale.
The strongest designer for AlisonPrime understands that beautiful work is not enough. The visual system has to survive repetition, different page types, campaigns, interactive surfaces, and future operational expansion without losing its identity.
Design work should be web-aware, responsive, implementation-conscious, and strong under real content and layout constraints.
The same taste should carry from ads and landing pages to assessments, application pages, onboarding, and member-facing systems.
The work should create reusable direction, not one-off beauty that becomes fragile as the company grows.
Success here means making the brand feel sharper, rarer, and more coherent over time.
We are not measuring success by how many assets get produced. We care about how much stronger, more distinctive, and more premium AlisonPrime feels because of your visual decisions and system discipline.
A strong brand designer makes the company feel more expensive before anyone reads a line.
The right person in this role increases visual authority, protects consistency, and makes the entire ecosystem feel more intentional across pages, campaigns, interactions, and future product surfaces.
Pages, campaigns, and interfaces feel more unmistakably AlisonPrime instead of reading like high-end but interchangeable work.
Typography, layout rhythm, imagery direction, and hierarchy all align more tightly across different surfaces and business contexts.
You make work feel premium even when operating inside real implementation, content, and production limitations.
Your work should make the company look more intentional, more disciplined, and more expensive without becoming ornamental.
You notice when pages drift, campaigns fragment, or visual language gets diluted, and you correct it before it spreads.
You know how to create striking design that still works for readability, conversion, responsive behavior, and implementation reality.
Your design decisions should make future campaigns, landing pages, product surfaces, and assets easier to extend coherently.
If you can shape premium visual systems, show us your eye.
