Alison Prime provides refunds for Digital Products/Services under specific circumstances. We strongly advise trying a trial before purchasing. Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  1. Full refunds are granted for purchases made within 24 hours. No full refunds are processed after this period.
  2. Partial refunds may be issued based on the duration of subscription use if there was an issue from our end that couldn’t be resolved within 72 hours. Our support team will reach out to users in all refund cases.

We do not offer refunds or partial refunds if:

  1. The customer is dissatisfied with the channel lineup.
  2. The customer switches to another service.
  3. The customer declines to implement solutions provided for any issues.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit card payments are typically refunded within 2 to 3 working days.
  • However, some refunds may take up to 90 days to process. We are not responsible for these delays as we are not the payment provider but the IPTV service provider.
  • Refunds usually take 10 working days to process, and our payment processors handle them. We aim to refund users promptly upon request after verifying their information.

Channel Issues:

If channels freeze, buffer, or fail to work intermittently, it’s usually temporary and caused by:

  1. Internet fluctuations on the customer’s end.
  2. Issues with the box/apps/customer setup.
  3. Problems with the customer’s ISP.
  4. Server downtime.
  5. Customer requests to switch servers.
  6. Regular server updates/restarts for performance reasons.

In the event a user cannot access their IPTV subscription for over 72 hours due to server issues or other problems caused by us, we will either refund the package price in full or add the lost time to their subscription for free, along with additional bonuses negotiated together.
