• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. By using the Services, you agree to comply with the terms of the applicable payment processor.
• Billing Cycle: Recurring memberships automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing date. You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes. We will collect such taxes where required by law.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring membership at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
• One-Time Purchases: Unless otherwise stated, one-time purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
• Refund Requests: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension while we investigate. We reserve the right to recover any fees or costs associated with unwarranted chargebacks.
